I have ordered. Will my order still be delivered?

Although our online shop is closed, orders that were placed before the online shop was closed will be processed and delivered. 

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email as usual. Please note that there may be delays of up to ten days in dispatch.


Returns:

How can I make a return?

Your ordered styles don't meet your expectations and you want to return them? No problem!

You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to try on your styles in the comfort of your own home and send them back to us free of charge.

As soon as we have received your return, we will do everything we can to refund your money as quickly as possible. As a rule, we issue the refund on the same day so that you receive your money in your account within the next five days, depending on the bank processing time.

Giftcard: 

What happens to the credit on my Giftcard now?

The planned continuation of the brand under a new owner does not legally permit the refund of existing credit balances on Giftcards. However, the credit could represent a insolvency claim against ESPRIT that you can assert as a customer. Therefore, please follow the instructions under the following link.

Can I still buy ESPRIT fashion in the store or online?

Yes, all stores, provided they are owned by ESPRIT and not operated by third parties, will remain open for the time being and will continue to offer fashion at attractive special conditions. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to place orders in the ESPRIT webshop. We hope to be back online for you as soon as possible.

Can e-points still be redeemed?

Unfortunately, due to the current company situation, it is no longer possible to redeem e-points in ESPRIT stores or online.
